Parent Training
Documentation (such as additional progress reports for out-of-network billing)
Special education consultation and attendance of meetings
Payment Forms Accepted
Cash/ Check
Credit/ debit cards through the HIPAA secure Ivy Pay Platform
FSA/HSA funds (dependent on your program)
Payment is required on the day of service
We are not in-network with insurances
However we can provide a superbill for you to submit to your health insurance company, should they cover out-of-network services.
Families can contact their provider to learn about their benefits. We can provide suggestions of questions to ask.
Why can't we accept insurance?
The management of insurance requirements, documentation and billing is extremely complex and time intensive; processing insurance is a job in itself. As a small private practice, it is not possible for us to participate in health insurance.
Not billing insurance allows us to provide uniquely tailored speech and language services, without the stipulations and restraints of insurance companies.
